Austin Playhouse proudly presents the Southwest Premiere of a new comedy by Ken Ludwig!
Acclaimed actor of the 1930s, William Gillette, is shot onstage while starring as Sherlock Holmes. While recovering, Gillette invites his co-stars to his eccentric Connecticut mansion for a Christmas Eve celebration. When one of the guests is murdered, Gillette employs the persona of the master detective he’s made famous to find the culprit.
Starring Jason Newman as William Gillette, with Huck Huckaby, Boni Hester, Joey Banks, Molly Karrasch, Mary Agen Cox, Cyndi Williams, and Lara Toner.
Directed by Don Toner with costumes by Diana Huckaby, lights by Don Day, and sound design by the Gunn Brothers.
